Flexperto has grown very quickly as a software start-up in the last 3 years: We now count 10 of the 20 largest German insurance companies (including W&W, DEVK, Huk Coburg), over 20 banks and DAX companies such as Daimler and Deutsche Telekom among our customers.

Job description

  • Carrying out demand and potential analyses in various markets (DACH)
  • Accompanying activity in the development of new markets
  • Pitching the product at eye level with decision makers, owners and managing directors
  • Qualification and scheduling of get-to-know calls with key accounts
  • Preparation and follow-up of offers up to the conclusion of the contract
  • Maintaining customer-related data in our CRM system and documenting the progress of our expansion
  • Working closely with our account managers, CSO and CEO

You are

  • Communicative and enjoy advising and selling, and ideally have some experience in telephone or face-to-face B2B sales/marketing (career changers welcome!)
  • You are likeable and have a sincere manner, are assertive and enthusiastic
  • An organisational talent with a high level of motivation, committed and goal-oriented
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Experienced in the use of technical tools

We are a B2B SaaS startup with a mission to simplify communication between advisers and their clients. Our clients include large companies in the insurance and finance industries who want to create a better customer experience online.

Since April 2021, Flexperto has been part of the RGI Group, providing us with a strong partner to drive our geographic expansion across Europe. So it’s a great opportunity to join a fast-growing technology company (150% year-on-year growth).

As the trend is steadily moving towards doing more and more things online, we are experiencing hyper growth, and are looking for a Head of Events & Community (m/f/d) to join our office in Berlin, Germany, or for a remote position. Your mission will be to educate the world about the problems we solve and help us drive demand: we aim to bring together large companies and start-ups in the insurance industry to foster their collaboration. For this reason, we launched the Digisurance conference in 2015. Since then, Digisurance has become one of the leading conferences in the insurance industry.

Your position

  • You will be responsible for our own Digisurance conference and its community, strengthening Flexperto’s presence as a leader in the insurance space. Your goal is to take the Digisurance conference to the next level.
  • You manage Flexperto’s participation in external events (e.g. trade shows, conferences) and Flexperto’s own events (e.g. roadshows, VIP events).
  • You organise high-quality webinars to inform our audience about our solution and its benefits.
  • You take responsibility for the budget planning and cost control of the events and are responsible for the profit and loss statement of the events.
  • You will build an engaged community to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition and brand loyalty. You are constantly expanding our network and looking for new marketing collaborations or referrals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with event partners, press/media and thought leaders.
  • Working with founders, account managers, customer success reps and partner managers to find event opportunities.
  • You’ll work with the marketing department to develop, achieve and report on lead generation, brand awareness and engagement goals, and integrate marketing campaigns such as email and social media.
  • Long term, you’ll help build the team and ensure each team member can take the next step professionally and personally.

What you bring to the table

  • You have at least five years of professional experience in event agencies and/or the event department of a high-growth company and have created concepts for B2B events (> 300 participants) with the goal of lead generation, pipeline acceleration and brand awareness.
  • You are used to managing large projects with a tight schedule and many stakeholders.
  • You have experience building and/or contributing to communities.
  • You have strong communication skills and can implement feedback accurately and consistently.
  • You have strong organisational, project management and communication skills.

An important cornerstone of our growth in the Enterprise sector is a close, success-oriented exchange with our existing customers and the constant optimisation of measures for maximum project success.

To this end, we are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive (m/f/d) who will maintain a daily exchange with our Enterprise customers, implement implementation and support concepts and make a significant contribution to customer revenue growth.

Job description – Your mission in detail

 

  • After the successful signing of the contract, you will develop a project strategy for the successful onboarding of users within the framework of customer workshops.
  • After the implementation, you will remain the central contact person for our customers together with our technical project manager.
  • Through regular exchange with the customers, you monitor and optimise the project strategy and develop creative solutions to maximise the success of the project.
  • You discover and realise cross- and upselling opportunities by constantly showing the customer new possibilities of how flexperto can be used in additional use cases, on more workstations or with a wider range of functions.
  • You show our customers how they can integrate flexperto deeper into their existing systems.
  • You coordinate internal departments such as Sales, Product Management or Software Development to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

Your qualifications:

 

  • Completed vocational training in the commercial or technical field.
    Several years of professional experience in the field of key account management or customer success, additional experience in consulting is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident manner for open, motivating communication with our customers.
  • Very good analytical skills as well as experience in presenting developed concepts clearly internally and to clients.
  • Professional in the use of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Perfect written and spoken German and good English skills.
  • Very good basic technical understanding (the term “API” should not be new to you).
