Your tasks

• Support the creation of new designs for our frontend solution
• Assist to create a new product demo videos
• Implement a uniform design layout across the organization (e.g. style guide, templates, iconography, typography, illustrations)
• Help to measure and optimize the UX of our products
• Support to draft and implement user tests
• Assist in further developing and updating of our company webpage

Your profile

• You are passionate and creative with a strong interest in creating an amazing UX
• You are in the process of achieving a degree in interaction design, (industrial) design, psychology, computer science, marketing or other related areas
• You have good to excellent skills in Figma
• You are hands-on and enjoy solving problems in a pro-active manner
• You are a team player and can effectively communicate issues, ideas and opportunities
• You’re fluent in English and Norwegian or Swedish
• You thrive in fast-paced environments
• Bonus: if you have an online portfolio with design samples
• Bonus: if you have first profession experience in UX or website design
• Bonus: if existing knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, or C # to participate in front-end development

• Lead the creation of new designs for our frontend solution
• Create high-quality design mock-ups, illustrations and product demos
• Design graphics and other materials for use in marketing etc.
• Conduct user surveys to gather insights and build up an understanding of user requirements
• Identify, troubleshoot and fix usability issues
• Draft and implement user acceptance tests
• Assist in further developing and updating of our company webpage

Your profile

• You have excellent skills in Figma and relevant design tools (e.g. Adobe)
• You are hands-on and enjoy solving problems in a pro-active manner

• You have gathered a couple of years of experience as a UX designer

Your tasks

• Support with the management and update of investors in the Venture Capital & Private Equity landscape
• Help or lead the analysis of new markets (e.g. competition analysis, pricings etc.) and product offerings
• Support the development of business plans and cash flow projections
• Assist with project management tasks for our ongoing expansions
• Help with the controlling of key performance indicators of the company
• Assist the business development team to efficiently close and support the sales leads by equipping them with engaging business-related content
• Perform research tasks in the FinTech/InsurTech space, among others

Your profile

• You are number driven with a strong interest in business related topics
• You have good to excellent skills in EDP (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
• You are in the process of achieving a degree in business administration, entrepreneurship or other related areas
• If you have first practical experience in business related fields, then it’s a plus
• You are hands-on and enjoy resolving complex problems
• You are detail and solution orientated
• You can proactively work in a structured manner and enjoy taking responsibility
• You’re fluent in English and Norwegian or Swedish
