The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Executive – EMEA to join our dynamic, fast-growing team within one of the most exciting companies in the no-code software technology space. Playing a critical role in helping the team deliver on its vision and achieve our customer acquisition and revenue ambitions, you will work directly with our top management to expand the Nuclicore footprint. You will be directly involved in working with numerous firms across the insurance and financial services industries, helping them solve their most critical challenges and respond to their most important opportunities. In addition to getting exposure to Nuclicore’s software, this role also offers plenty of room for growth.

 

Core responsibilities

  • Research and identify potentially viable customer opportunities to build a qualified pipeline.
  • Understand individual customer needs and requirements.
  • Proactively source new sales opportunities through consistent prospection, follow-up, and outreach.
  • Participate in high-level conversations with Senior Executives at prospect accounts.
  • Achieve quarterly objectives.

 

What we are looking for

  • Proven track record of successful Business Development experience (3-7 years).
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to deliver complex ideas authentically and compellingly to a variety of audiences.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of achievement / exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools, e.g. Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively while working in an agile way.
  • Fluency in European languages (either German, French, English, Italian, or Spanish) is required.

The Role

We’re looking for engineers that share our passion for building great products using SOLID engineering practices. We are looking for positive and passionate people who will put teamwork and collaboration above all else. You will need to be comfortable in a rapidly changing environment and able to navigate ambiguity and a high rate of change.

 

Core responsibilities

  • Writing documentation for server-side features
  • System analysis of the current system in use and developing plans for enhancements and improvements.
  • Cloud deployment and management
  • CI/CD management and deployment
  • Performance assessment, monitoring, and recommending performance enhancements
  • Infrastructure management
  • Continuous testing at different stages of the development cycle
  • Helping to implement a DevOps culture

 

What we are looking for

  • At least 5+ years of experience in developing enterprise-grade software 
  • Strong coding ability in JavaScript
  • Experience with JavaScript libraries and frameworks
  • Passion for writing clean and testable code
  • Have successfully applied and are enthusiastic about Agile or XP practices (Pairing, TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery)
  • Familiarity with cloud-based and DevOps technologies and tools (AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills with an ability to visualize processes and outcomes
  • Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English

We’re looking for system administrators and DevOps that share our passion for building great and secure products. We are looking for positive and passionate people who will put teamwork and collaboration above all else. You will need to be comfortable in a rapidly changing environment and able to navigate ambiguity and a high rate of change.

 

 

Core responsibilities

  • Improving system quality by identifying issues and common patterns, and developing standard operating procedures
  • Enhancing applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations, and designing and implementing systems
  • Maintaining and improving existing codebases and peer review code changes
  • Liaising with colleagues to implement technical designs
  • Investigating and using new technologies where relevant
  • Providing written knowledge transfer material

What we are looking for

  • Have 7+ years of software industry experience in one of the following functions: Engineering, Infrastructure, Automation, Architecture, Data Science
  • Have a deep understanding of cloud-based and DevOps technologies and tools (AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Possesses a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, the culture, and organization around that
  • Is experienced with various software development agile methodologies such as SCRUM, XP, Kanban, SAFe, etc
  • Is fluent in technical engineering best practices such as test-driven development, pair programming, code review, continuous integration, trunk-based development, feature toggling, test automation, infrastructure as a code, etc
  • Has practical experience in workshop execution on the director and executive level
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills with an ability to visualize processes and outcomes
  • Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
