Tickets

Tickets for insureNXT can be purchased via the participation as a partner or via the ticketshop.

When participating as a partner, discounted ticket conditions apply in “Early Bird” and “Regular”. Ticket prices increase in “Last Call”.

In the tciketshop, a distinction is made between “Early Bird” and “Regular”.

Exhibitor Badges:
- Access during the setup and dismantling times
- Early access to insureNXT on both days of the fair including catering
- Designation as an exhibitor

Congress Tickets:
- Access to insureNXT on both days of the fair including catering

Networking Evening:
- Access to the insureNXT Networking Evening (only valid in combination with a congress ticket)

Setup and Dismantling Ticket:
- Access exclusively during the setup and dismantling times

Exhibitor passes, congress tickets, as well as set-up and dismantling passes can be purchased via the participation as a partner.

Congress tickets, congress tickets incl. Networking Evening and tickets for the Networking Evening can be purchased via the Ticketshop.

Your ticket can be found in the insureNXT app, which will be available in the AppStore and PlayStore starting in March. After logging in with your Koelnmesse account, the ticket can be accessed in your ticket wallet.

When you purchase a ticket in the you will receive a ticket in a separate e-mail.

No, attending the insureNXT Networking Evening is only possible in conjunction with a congress ticket.

In the Ticketshop, you can pay via instant transfer, PayPal and credit card. This includes VISA, American Express, MasterCard, JCB, and Diners Club International.
