Where does insureNXT take place?
I still need accommodation for during the fair.
We are happy to help you find a hotel via our
booking portal .
What is the best way to travel?
We recommend traveling by train, as the Confex is located right next to the Deutz train station.
Where can I park if I arrive by car?
Parking spaces are available directly in front of the Confex. Enter “Koelnmesse Tor H” in your navigation system.

How much does the parking ticket cost?
The ticket costs 10 euros per day.
Can I also park there at night?
Access to the parking lots will be closed on May 14 from approx. 11:30 p.m. and on May 15 approx. 2 hours after the end of the event.
Is there a cloakroom available on site?
Yes, there will be a cloakroom on site.
Will I incur extra costs for participating in roundtables, guided tours, or masterclasses?
No, participation in roundtables, masterclasses, and the guided tours is included in the congress tickets.
Can I charge my mobile device on site?
Yes, there are facilities on site to charge your mobile device. Please just remember to bring the appropriate charging cable.
Can the exhibition grounds be left and re-entered during the event?
Yes, the exhibition grounds can be left and re-entered as many times as desired during the event.
Is there a possibility on site to retreat for one's own meetings?
Yes, there will be meeting rooms available on site.
Is there barrier-free access to the Confex?
Access to the Confex is normally via a staircase. An elevator is available on the left-hand side of the stairs for people who are unable to use them.
