Stephanie peterson, Oliver Schoeller and carsten Maschmeyer: the first top speakers at insurenxt 2022 have been confirmed

Stephanie Peterson (Chief Customer Officer, AXA Germany), Carsten Maschmeyer, Monika Schulze (Executive Team, Zurich), Oliver Schoeller (CEO, Gothaer), Fabian Wesemann (Co-Founder wefox, Bitkom Presidium) and many other top speakers:  insureNXT brings together traditional insurers, startups and cross-industry partners on 18 and 19 May in Cologne. Visitors can expect over 150 presentations and panel discussions on topics such as service innovations, metaverse, New Work and Digital Health on a total of four stages. The topics of this year’s insureNXT are based on three pillars: People (from Customer Centricity to New Work & Skills), Ecosystems (from Health to Mobility) and NXT|GEN Products, Services, Business Models & Sustainability.

CUSTOMER CENTRICITY

24/7 and 365, on demand, mobile and to go. New technologies, other industries and companies are changing the behaviour and expectations of customers. Simple, understandable, transparent and flexible - these are the customer requirements for future insurance products.

NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND SKILLS

Digitisation is both an opportunity and a challenge. It can help to optimize existing processes and make them more efficient. It can be used to develop new data-based products and services. But it also requires new skills and abilities to actively shape the future.

NEW ECOSYSTEMS

How does insurance for mobility solutions look like? How does it look for the Smart Home or IoT? In order to develop new offers, not only classic insurers and start-ups have to cooperate, but also companies from different industries. This is the only way to translate the advantages of digitization into concrete product and service innovations.

Seven different formats and four main stages, where the main topics are subject of discussion.

Center Stage

The Center Stage is the central location for important keynotes, exciting lectures and inspiring panel discussions on the core topics of insureNXT.

Leading heads of the (inter)national insurance industry, related industries and start-ups will present their visions and innovations around new products, services and business models of the insurance industry.

Here, pioneers and thought leaders of the industry will discuss where future developments will lead globally and nationally.

Trend Zone

In short sprints, selected experts will present new technologies and skills based on the opportunities and challenges of digitalization for the insurance industry.

The new generation of insurance products, innovative services, new business models and international trends will be presented in short presentations in order to impart new impulses and fresh know-how in the context of industry innovations and digitisation.

Demo Arena

The Demo Arena is the pitch stage of the insureNXT. Here, companies and start-ups present their solutions based on project and product pitches and receive direct audience feedback.

Expo

The Expo is the communication platform of insureNXT. Here, new products and innovations will be shown in technology parks using practical examples such as show and use cases.

WorkLabs

Core topics of the insureNXT are deepened in practice-oriented WorkLabs. In group workshops, roundtables and interactive sessions, relevant questions of the insurance industry will be discussed with the aim of jointly developing strategies, finding solutions or exchanging know-how.

Product Stage

The Product Stage is a purely digital stage that is broadcast on a screen in the Expo area in addition to the digital event platform. The content of the Product Stage is product presentations, which are streamed in the form of a pre-produced video on the event platform.

insureNXT is creating a new award: the insureNXT Innovators Award.

Premiere: insureNXT Innovators Awards 2022 go to the trio consisting of KLV, SCOR and Fjuul, IBM and Nect, Pennio.io and Parametrix

 

Cologne, Germany, May 19, 2022 – The winners of the first insureNXT Innovators Awards have been announced. The jury of experts selected three projects from more than 40 submissions: a collaboration between Kärtner Landesversicherung (KLV), SCOR and Fjuul, a cross-industry cooperation between IBM and Nect, and the platform start-up Penni.io. The audience had already chosen Parametrix Insurance as the audience winner at the digital insureNXT impulse. All winners received their awards yesterday at the Center Stage of insureNXT in Cologne.
